"I have consistently been impressed at this location. After today, I’m writing a review. Had to ship back some equipment and my info wasn’t correct but the gal was very patient and just gave me what I needed to figure it out. Additionally I needed a notary after my bank said “this is too many pages go to the UPS store”. So we did, and they hooked us up, got us in and out. Would definitely recommend."

"UPS would have zero stars, if allowed. I pay for daily pickups but they only come 2x weekly. They overcharge on freight. Frequently miscalculate package weight (i.e., billed me 90# for a 9# pkg @ 1373.00). It's as if UPS just hits me with a charge at any opportunity. Use FedEx!"
