"Carriers. Be careful about this Broker. i’m glad this happened to me on my first load after I sign their Packet they screw me up on first load. I got my rate confirmation and then they double booked my load for someone else. They tell me the load was cancelled from the shipper. I called the shipper. Because I have rate conf and the pick up number. The load was ready to go never been cancelled. The funny thing is after I confronted them their lies. They don’t know what to say, except my manager tell me that… what a shame. I really regret signing with them."
"Just got a really unfair deduction from this company, they don't care about their carriers. Making the long story short, a broker for this company forgot to place a PO# on the RC. They deducted us 781 USD under the premise we left 15 pallets, the only PO# written on the RC was the one picked up. Several times we've requested to speak with a Manager to get this sorted out, they haven't do something about it. Shipper was called and they confirmed on a recorded line that the amount of product shipped out was the one supposed to for the order. Load booked with Erik Romo."

"Have been working with them for 2 years and i am so grateful for the service they provide. There loads are always paid good, if anything goes wrong at delivery Vladimir always makes it right to pay your time and effort. Have never disappointed us. They are hard working people just like the truck drivers. They take money out of there pocket to make it right for you work when no one else wants to pay for it. They deliver great costumer service. I highly recommend them!!!"
