"Not sure if they changed a few things but I was a bit skeptical due to the old reviews…Nothing but good service period…received a phone call a day before shipment to set up an appointment with a dispatcher, the next day a driver by the name of Jason called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my house, I was running a bit late and he still waited about 15 minutes for me to arrive and was super friendly. Hopefully they continue the great service!!! Thanks again Jason!"

"Clown Show. Picked up my pallet at Roadrunner location in West Phoenix, no problems. A week later I'm billed for an extra 30 dollars for a phone call that they said they made to me. Excuse me , but I called them. Another example of pure greed, making America great again."

"This is the worst company ever! One star is too many it's more like negative five. Waited all day for them they never showed up three times in a row. Do your fellow man a favor and never use this company..."

"Can't rate any lower. Absolute garbage. Had an expected delivery of 4/29. Nothing, called the following Monday, truck was at the dock but not unloaded. Called back later, told they had 12 hours to unload. Next day, still not unloaded, same thing the day after. 2 days later, on Friday, I cancelled the order. So disappointed"

"Been waiting 2weeks for my shipment to arrive said they called to schedule a delivery date, they did not. I had to call them multiple times once they couldn't even find my package, they saw it on the manifest but "had to go look for it" .the delivery was set for 8am to 12. I called at 12:30 because I had not received my shipment they said should be there by 2pm I called back at 2:30 and the woman on the phone said something happened to the truck that was delivering my goods and had to turn back she did not know what that "something " was....I am still waiting."
