The UPS Store 19445 West Indian School Road, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340

"I just left this store to do an Amazon return as I do frequently. I wasn’t greeted which is abnormal but I get it’s the holiday. When I finally approached the desk to be helped by Ethan I didn’t even get a greeting so I proceeded to tell him I needed to do a return. I pulled the label up in Amazon an Ethan said “that’s a staples label.” No further instruction or no tips on how to rectify it. It was like he just didn’t care and needed to “check an email” for another customer. I then asked what I needed to do and he said to cancel the order. Which I did then I wasn’t able to update the QR code which is fine. I just couldn’t believe how rude and nonchalant this guy was. I’ve been to this store several times and the manager is always warm and sweet even if she’s busy. They were not that busy and this guy was flat out rude. I work in customer service and I was greatly disappointed in this interaction. When I came in to get Ethan’s name do you think he even apologized or asked if there was an issue? No. I believe he hates his job because I just can’t understand the lack of customer interaction. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and not sure I’ll return"

"Ive been coming to this location non-stop since they opened. Every employee is super friendly and helpful. It's literally the worst time of year for any shipping service with returns up the you know what... and every employee here is handling it AMAZINGLY. They're doing the best they can and still super nice despite the never ending lines. GREAT location and great customer service. Thanks for all you do!"
