"I loved this place initially because the proximity to where I live but the price keeps going up and still mediocre service. My RV was broken into with thousands of dollars lost and they said that they have no liability and basically too bad. Only one way in/out and they wouldn't help try to help resolve criminal activity with the cameras that they have on sight but a 3rd party off-site maintains recordings"

"Came in for a hitch install was told it would be done in 2hrs. When I get back the location about 2hrs and 15min later 3 guys are standing around. I go to pick up my vehicle at the time I was told just to find out they still are working on it. As I was approaching the counter one of the guys that was standing around pointed to speak with the guy with pink hair. I was then told that it should be done within the next 30-40min. So they basically hadn’t even started working on the car. This place is TERRIBLE when it comes to getting something done in a timely manner. This was my 1st and last time I will be coming here. I do recommend going else where with better service."

"Finally some new leadership. The team is mow at the desk and answers the phone. Not sure how long the new management has been there, but it is much better than our visits over the past few years. We are there for storage rental and propane regularly and happy to see the improvement. Nice job!"

"We went there after the u-haul we reserved from told us their UHauls were for their customers and they were a franchise not a corporate UHaul. We needed that day, we were headed out the next day to make a 1600 mile trip. Brian helped us when we were in a difficult situation, not only did he rent us everything we needed he gave us a price that was more than reasonable. He did not stop there, when we realized the truck was too small he upgraded us with out a problem at no extra cost. We were already stressed on top of it being 116°. He was very calm and accommodating which helped with our stress. I have recommended everyone I know to go there and ask for Brian. If for any reason I need another UHaul, I am giving my business to The Litchfield UHaul and asking for Brian. I wish every company had the same customer service that goes above and beyond live Brian did for us."
