"If you are gonna deliver here prepare yourself to wait a long time. I had to call a million times to get an update on the delivery and every time they gave me a different time when the trailer was gonna be ready. I had an appointment at 1 PM and fisrt they said i should be done by 3 PM then i called again they said 6 PM. Now its 7 PM still not ready. Bureaucracy sucks"

"Was supposed to be delivered Tuesday between 9am and 140pm. I wasn't going to be home so instead of missing work I paid extra to have the time move between 5pm and 8pm Tuesday the same day. It is now Wednesday and still has not arrived and tracking info for it dont show a delivery time anymore so I called and they said it will be delivered by 8pm tonight so I missed work today for nothing!"

"The security gentleman John.. and the yard man David are one of the finest people I have ever met. Mr. John who runs security..( if he doesn't run the whole thing he should) .. helped us out beyond compare.. .. I couldn't get anyone one the line and he was super attentive and made sure I was ok and the load was being handled properly. We need more leaders like this. Instead of me being angry and upset no one answered .. I had some one attentive and made my experience all the more informative and pleasant. I hope I get my load here more often.. David the yard guy swooped in for the logistics of it and told me what to do and when to come back. Awesome duo.. . People like this need to be managers at a company.. not the "managers" I was calling.. its always the bottom line that people neglect that make the company run.. John.. David.. if I was a co worker or owned this place. Y'all work run the day to day lagistics .. thank you #john from security # David yard dog.. best people I have met in 19 years of driving and I'm 40 half my life ..
