"This Jack in the Box is super clean. I recently met a friend there where we had to go over some stuff on my laptop. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere there was great. My only little complaint is that I love their chicken fajita pitas, but this one was chewy. That happens often with the fajita pitas depending on how fresh the bread is."

"1st time we visited this new location and they were out of what we wanted to order. If this is any indication on how they are going to run this business I don't see them lasting very long. 8 months later the service still sucks even when no one else is there. You will regret wasting your time and money here."

"These kids working here are a joke. Who ever trained them needs to be retrained themselves. Their attitude at the drive-through was unprofessional when it was a simple question being asked. Apparently their Coke machine was down and they were giving people can sodas. The gentleman at the window was nice until my husband asked for the managers name who was the one that was giving us attitude when ordering. After giving us the manager, Gina‘s name, he went off and close the window and started making hand gestures to the manager and pointing at us. That is when my husband honk the horn because they forgot to give us the receipt and let the gentleman know that it was very rude , but he was doing. At that point we drove off upset by the time we got home we noticed that our southwest salad was incorrect. We were given a garden salad with carrots and yellow salad. We tried to call them. No one answered the phone so I myself drove all the way back to Jack-in-the-Box and got off when I asked the manager that we were given the wrong order. If we can, please have a corrected order she stated that Jack-in-the-Box change their menu And the southwest salad was now considered the garden salad. I didn’t wanna go ahead and let her know that I had ordered this many times And I practically knew what exactly came in the southwest salad. I asked again doesn’t the southwest salad come with black beans and corn? She then replied no, that is the garden salad. I gave up and asked if I can just buy a “garden salad “ . She then said oh it’s OK. I can just give you the stuff on the side or I can put it on your side. I said sure whatever works. She then took my salad and went to the back not to mention the two other gentleman there also followed her. I heard her tell the gentleman making the food in Spanish if she can please put the black beans and corn on the salad, it took them about four minutes till they came back and I noticed they were giving me a brand new salad with everything. My salad did not come with the first time I’ve been working in customer service for over 15 years and I can tell you that approach to the situation was just so unappropriate . I even recorded them telling me that the southwest salad was actually the garden salad and to make things even funnier. We went a second time to that same Jack-in-the-Box two days later ordered a southwest salad and was given a very nicely southwest salad as it showed in the picture in the drive-through , but the gentleman at the window did say that Jack-in-the-Box changed their menu recently when I asked what comes in the Southwest salad. It amazes me that this generation of people working think that they’re are giving great customer service. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have the attitude to work in customer service"

"I will never be visiting this location ever again despite how new it may be. The managers and the workers were extremely rude. No one wanted to do their job and they looked miserable. To say that it was beyond dirty is to say the least. There was chicken nuggets left out on the counter that were there since before we arrived and we're still on the counter when we left 40 minutes later. Not one time did I see the manager change out her gloves. Not one person came out to clean Lobby there was trash over piling, and the soda machine was leaking, also we had to clean our own tables. The restrooms don't even get me started on them, I was expecting this restaurant to be clean proper friendly but I got the opposite. It does not matter if it's a fast food restaurant or not there is no excuse for her blatant disregard for upkeep. Also the milkshake machine was beyond dirty and they used it multiple times being that dirty."

"Fine for a Jack in the Box in terms of food. Features a two window drive-thru, which makes getting your food fairly fast, unlike most places that use the single window system. Service was good. Update: This location no longer uses both windows."
