"This school is one of the worst schools to go to. They are money hungry, promise you various outcomes, and DO NOT fulfill those promises. I had a student attending this location in Phoenix and there is no organization or communication. The first red flag should’ve been that they would not communicate something as simple as a holiday (made the student miss class and they had to attend). That was just the start, as various times they had professors not show up and waste the students time since they would go in person just to be returned home. During the enrollment process we were promised that the student would graduate with tools provided by the school and a job in their field. This transition was a nightmare. Once my student got a job we attempted to switch over to night school only to find out that all of the admin is incompetent to the point where they jeopardized my students graduation. Let me just put it this way, if we were not on top of things they would’ve moved his graduation date from October 2023 until April of the next year. Every single person we talked to physically at the school had different solutions and none of them were correct. I literally had to reach out to the corporate number to get this resolved. Luckily we were able to get the schedule changed, but my student paid the price for the administrations mistake. It took an entire month for them to get their information straight. This is only speaking of their organizational structure. When it comes to the administration themselves they are rude, inconsiderate and attempt to speak to students like they are incompetent. Unfortunately for them we knew what we were talking about and could not get pushed around. If you can, do yourself a favor and find another trade school, don’t waste your time, money or intelligence with this school. They clearly do not care for their students or their well being; all they want is the money. PAYMENTS were another story as they attempted to delay one of our last payments and stated our bank had not provided them with the money to which we literally had to send an email claiming they were committing fraud; coincidently the payment went through the next day not even 24hrs later. If I could get some kind of compensation for the time and money that we wasted here I would 100% appreciate it. Also to this day we have no response on the “tools” they were supposed to provide.. just goes to show that this school is full of lies and has to constantly be hunted down to fulfill their original claims. UEI do better and reread you mission statement where you stated to empower your students, because in no way was this an empowering experience."

"I've been there since Aug 28th, and the staff there are really nice and supportive. My professor Mrs. Spikes us the sweetest, and she's helped me Onondaga one. She's very understanding and accommodating. I recommend this place to get a jump start on your career."
