"Today my son was put into a hold because he was talking in class and not getting up when they told him to"
"Unorganized, unprofessional, cancel meetings the Last minute and can't get paperwork In order my son has been stuck in this school for over a year due to their unprofessional and unorganized ways"
"So far transportation is good my son says he has all the work and supplies he needs he refuses to take his backpack due to the fact that they don't let you have anything from your backpack and he made a comment on the food and said they only eat a dry peanut butter and jelly and milk no veggies or fruit the kids that act up get slammed on the walls my son witnessed and saw the staff treat a kid that way the staff makes fun of the children that cant spell properly and how is screaming at children teaching them to follow directions ?"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. My child was referred to the FBI due to some behavioral concerns. I looked into the facility and noticed their ratings but opted to still give it a try. The first few days was a complete nightmare. Transportation was late every day. There were days where Transportation was told that my child had completed his time there which was incorrect. No one advised me of Wednesday being an early release day. The students are only allowed to go to the restroom twice and hold to hold their pee outside of those two available times. On 12/19 my child was embarrassed and made fun of in front of the group as the person in charge decided to announce to the class why my child was there. He was then offered candy by one of the teachers who decided to pretend to hand him the candy only to yank it back while laughing. On 12/20 I called and spoke with "Mr. Chris" to offer some feedback and he basically called my child a liar without even doing any discovery with his staff. My concerns and feedback were met with a stone cold disregard. When asked if he's insinuating that my child was not being honest, his response was "if that's how you want to take it. I guess." This program would provide work if and only if the staff genuinely cared for the students who are referred there. When I did my initial walk through before my child went there, I definitely had some concerns about the area and how uneasy everything seemed but still decided to give it a try. Parents, look elsewhere if your child is in need of some extra help. The "FBI" program here is definitely not designed to help our children."
"This place has helped my son out. I’m glad he is doing better and I don’t get a call every other day like at his homeschool. He’s always looking forward to going to school. I know he ain’t perfect but he tries his best. Thank you to all the staff for what you do for these kids."
