I needed to renew and was running out of time and upon setting up my classes he followed up with a personal call to me to make sure I was able to log in. I had difficulty and he again stepped up and got it resolved and I was able to log in and start my renewal classes. He offered me his personal cell # if I had any log in difficulty over the weekend too! That kind of service is sadly unusual.
