"It breaks my heart to see how easily people diagnosed with terminal cancer fall through the cracks. How doctors and nurses care more about money than service. Will I admit, was there a lapse in insurance, yes but it’s because any sudden change can mess that up. We were ALWAYS honest and upfront about it. we fixed it and still given the ring around. They’ve wasted 3 weeks for no reason. In 3 weeks I watched as my partners breathing became more and more shallow, his sleeping non-existence, his pain more intense. What happened to the staff upholding the WHY dignity health was founded on? False expectations are given yet clear fear is spread. Why did they care more about interrupting our initial appointment with how we should be apart of a free study for cancer patients, tells us the urgency of our personal situation and yet 3 weeks later still no movement. We even paid cash for that initial appointment just to get the ball rolling. Willing to find whatever money we needed just to get him help. Instead Patricia just needs him to run in circles first. We just needed help. We were encouraged to stay in the same network, and yet each department gives conflicting information. We’re in our late 20’s lost and confused. The lack of clear expectations, clear direction, genuine empathy and concern from an organization founded on principles of service breaks my heart. I personally feel so dumb for vouching for this location when my boyfriend first became ill. I feel like I may have done more harm than good. Please do your research. The doctor and nurses involved in your care should value you as a person. I understand the holidays are happening, however, they weren’t when we started the process. Additionally, just as they want to wake up to their loved ones. So do we."

"The valet service is awesome, Adam, Brandon, Jake, & Justin. Friendly, courteous and prompt. Great service when coming for appts, makes parking a lot less stressful."

"We go here for my dad and the doctors are great. We always have excellent experiences with Dr. Patel. The nurses are kind and knowledgable. I gave this a three-star review though because the customer service is horrible when I call. The person who is suppose to be the initial point of contact, Miguel, is always so rude when I call. He is mean, rude, and cuts me off when I am trying to talk. He doesn’t have any empathy for the families. These are cancer patients and families of cancer patients that he is speaking to yet he is rude and acts like we are an inconvenience for calling. I dread calling the Cancer Center because I know Miguel will be on the other line treating me and our family like a burden."

"I can’t really put into words how grateful I am for the infusion nurses at here at the cancer center they are definitely really life super heros and I’m forever grateful to them! Special shout-out to my nurses pictures below Donna, Jeni, Aaron, Noelle, Brian and Julia they all care so much about their patients and and phenomenal at their jobs! I rang the bell yesterday for completion of my treatment and I couldn’t have done without them! Thank you all again!"
