"My kids went to this school a couple of years ago and I totally loved the way the ladies in the office treated people. I recently moved back over here and went in the office hoping to start them there today..the ladies in there completely rude I actually did not get even a half of a smile out of either one of them. I was very excited about bringing them back to this school because we loved it before...all of that is wiped out now and I'm disgusted with their attitudes. I couldn't start them today because I don't have proof of residencey...in the passed they have overlooked that for a certain amount of time and still placed them in a class. This change of people in the office is more than disappointing and unexpected by me. My outlook on this school has gone from EXCELLENT to EXTREMELY BAD!!!! I never even imagined walking in that office would be such a negative experience for me and my kids. You would think that they know their faces are the first to be seen when people walk in there which makes them a major reflection for the whole school. Very sad that this is what myself and other parents with their children have to be subjected to. Unacceptable attitudes could set the moods each day and snowball through the whole school.. This concerns me a great deal. Approach is everything and I was blown away by this morning's experience. I wish I could choose a different school to avoid ever going back to that office. I will bring this to the corporate office's attention. They deserve to know how these new employees are presenting poor attitudes towards others coming in to this office. Very sad."
