"Great staff, on time, professional, helpful and patient. Took a couple weeks to book the eval appointment but as soon as that was done I was able to easily schedule a month’s worth of appointments. I will definitely return if I need PT in the future."

"Michelle was my PT some time last year with my neck and shoulder. She is firm but in a compassionate way she made sure she met my expectations with my exercises which until now are still beneficial. I decided to be back here for a workout after my surgery with my rotator cuff. Shelley is patient with me. She also is making sure I can get back to my normal physical state. She gives tips to do while not with them. Overall, staff are very compassionate and attentive, they listen and make sure patients meet the needs they are supposed to have. They would advise also what to do even when at home or anywhere. Facility is not crowded. I would definitely advise friends to get their therapy here."

"I could barely walk the first time I went to Banner Physical Therapy as I’d had replacement knee surgery the previous day. Although a bit of paperwork was required, it wasn’t extensive and Michelle at the front desk was very empathetic and kind. Elizabeth (Beth) Lenio became my therapist and from the get-go I knew I was in good hands. Thus far she’s been encouraging, professional and empathetic. The tasks she’s had me do, while painful (the nature of the beast) were within my abilities. I attend twice a week and she is able to see improvement. Additionally, she has a very soft touch which is much appreciated. After surgery I went to the first physical therapist I could get into and I am very happy I landed where I did."

"If I had known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my back and hips and was sent to Banner Physical Therapy at The Citadel for my PT. My first impression was that I am going to crush this. I was a power lifter in college and while these are nice people and all, I used to be able to bench press a Buick. I was humbled on my first visit when Beth pushed my knee to the ground in a strength test with zero effort. My hips had no strength at all. From that initial assessment, she devised a plan and then executed that plan for the next 6 weeks. I do my exercises at home, my posture has improved dramatically and I am getting better and stronger by the week. There is an environment here that encourages you and everyone is encouraging each other. I am sad that one day soon I will have to stop coming because I have done my time. Maybe they could open a coffee shop and I could go enjoy some coffee and camaraderie with my fellow PT patients. The entire staff has been amazing, but my experience has been primarily with Beth and she is simply amazing. She never stops moving, never stops smiling, and is so encouraging. Thank you Beth for all that you do!"
