"My son had been going to this school since kinder. I had to pull him out in the middle of 3rd qrt because his second grade teacher Mrs Mondragon was not doing her job. She would call me to let me know my son would go to the restroom plenty of times throughout the day but never would inform me about his academics or any physical altercations. I had never had such a hard time with any of his teachers except that one. His grade went from As and Bs to Cs and Ds. She wouldn't thoroughly explain his homework she sent and when he didn't do his work, she didn't respect my request to make sure he didn't have recess. It's other schools that you can place your child in. I wouldn't recommend this one.....AT ALL"

"If I could give this school 0 stars, I would. I worked here last year and was put through the wringer by the parents of ACAA students. Students, mind you, who have never been accountable for anything, and parents who try to hold teachers accountable because their students are well below grade level. I was pushed out of this school by parents who accepted their children lying about me. Children who will never be accountable or responsible, or even respectful. Horrible environment, terrible management; both by administrators and Edkey. They do not support the students with IEP’s or ELL learners. They just pass them along to keep getting their money. Please don’t send your kids here. Please."

"My son and daughter attended this school from 7th- 12th grade. I love this school!! I like this school so much that I enrolled my daughter in kindergarten this year. My goddaughter also attend this school. This is a school for arts & the children here should be able to express themselves creatively. This is another reason why I want her to attend this school, because she will be able express herself as an individual more here, than she would at a public school. Addressing the sexually motivated students/teacher comment. What do you exactly mean? Is this something that you have address with the school or the school board? if so, what was the outcome? If you are that concern this issue should be addressed immediately. I am so sad to hear that the principal is no longer working at this school. Now, this may make me change my mind about having my daughter attend this school. I hope whoever they find to replace the principal is just as friendly and caring as he is."
