"Great place to shop, but I have learned. They don't all carry the same thing. Some are bigger than others, so I expect them not to all have the same thing since it is based on the location. So, in turn, still great shopping and experience."
"One time my coupon didn’t apply, so I talked to customer service. She said to go get the product so she could scan it. I went and got it. A different cashier announces on the intercom that I’m stealing. I explain to her that the first lady wants to scan it. I don’t get how it’s stealing if have it in my hands and I never leave the store. Anyway every time I come here the lost protection guy follows me around now. I hate it. I’ve never stolen before and I’ve spent more than $5,000 here since I’ve moved to the area."
"Dishonest leadership. Illegal and unsafe practices on premises by employees and even members of leadership. Extremely disappointed with the way this store has changed in the past 6 months."
"This store has everything. But also everything less, and when I say that I refer to the holiday spirit. It was like I didn't know what it was but I had the sensation of something missing. People get in the same mood as the store. If the store's mood is down...."
"Smith's is Smith's all over. I was a loyal customer the moment I moved here in 2009 from Texas. Not so much today. It is the principle of the thing 75 cents for cash back. I complained when it was 50 cents. No one cared and they upped the charge. The picture showed one lane open. The self serve line was backed up almost to the back of the store."
