"The people in front need to retire. Bad attitudes. Don't know what their doing. Can't adjust glasses correctly and argue with you instead of doing the job they are paid to. Don't understand insurance coverage, more and better training needed. Been overcharged for glasses or charged for things covered by insurance. As I am trying to say hire qualified help. This seems to be the same problem at all walmart and Sam's clubs stores."
