"Generally the ladies at this J. Jill location are knowledgeable and friendly. Today I was in and wanted to order a Navy Blue reversible tank. It took 3 of them to look for it online and they just said it’s sold out. This is an everyday item for them. I thought it was odd as last night there were several colors including N blue available. I came home, went online and ordered one. They need to get familiar with their styles."

"Susan Pachalsky the claimed manager of the Dana Park Village Square Mesa Arizona J.JILL STORE DISCRIMINATED against me for not being able to wear a mask due to my medical condition. I was the only person in the store other than Susan and one other employee both of whom were standing behind the plexiglass at the register at all times. I was more than 6 ft away from them at all times. In addition to these facts , in Maricopa County there is an exception redarding mask wearing for people with medical conditions. While I was trying to explain to her about the exception and offering to show her the information regarding the exception from the county and my doctor, she basically lost her mind started yelling and screaming told me I had to get out of the store refused to ring up my items and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave. Susan Pulchalsky said it doesn't matter what the mandate says it was company policy not to let anybody in the store without a mask on regardless of their medical condition. I was in the store shopping for at least 15 minutes before she even said anything, she waited until I walked up to the front cash register to check out. So basically I was discriminated against by the manager of this particular J. Jill Store for having a medical condition. Noone would ever know about my condition if it weren't for the mask mandate, now I know how people who are in wheelchairs, or have special needs must feel.....shame on you Susan Pulchalsky.......so sad. I think it's time to find an attorney and see what they have to say regarding this discriminatory behavior."
