Instead of months of drawn-out therapy like in the old days, he focuses directly in on how to deal with the specific issues going on in your life today, with great advice on what to try next. All of his advice worked wonders. In only 4 sessions he completely helped me resolve issues I had in multiple areas of my life. EAP was paying for these sessions, which maxes out at 5 sessions, so I was grateful I didn't have to pay a lot to get real help.
