"Long story, short! Ordered merchandise online for in store purch. Was told 2-3 days for pick up. Waited 4 days, then called. Was told it would be another 4 days for items to reach store. I decided to drop by the store and surprise!!!! the items I wanted were tight there. Went online to cancel order. Was told they could not cancel it because the items are in transit. Once again, the very same items are right there in the store! My first and last purchase from Leslie's. Only gave 2 stars because the items are good quality."

"I've been going here since before it was Leslie's and I've always had a fantastic experience. On probably half a dozen occasions they have not had what I needed but knew the exact competitor who did and graciously referred me over to them. To me that's customer service, when the customer matters more than perhaps even your own sale (of course they couldn't sell it since they didn't have it but I digress). They aren't a spa specialty store so there is a lot they don't have but the rest they do and I very contently continue shopping there."
