"I found Dr. Nicole Spanakis in May 2020 -- to help with my mom's depression, alcoholism and anxiety. She was in a bad place at the time. She met with her six times and determined she wasn't engaged or had anything to say. I'm really disappointed, since I was the one who paid for the services. Despite her qualifications, she is without empathy or direction. People turn to psychologist as a last hope, and it's startling to come to the realization that a professional could, in actuality, do more harm than good. Thankfully, I found someone with greater qualifications and a well-established ambition to help those in need. It took awhile to persuade my mom to allow me to find one better, because Dr. Spanakis left a negative impression."
