"The front office workers are liars apparently. I came to my son’s regularly scheduled occupational therapy appointment on Wednesday checked in, then after 10 minutes of not seeing the therapist I finally asked what was going on. The woman replied “we didn’t call you? All of your son’s Wednesday appointments have been cancelled because the therapist’s last day was last week. We no longer have occupational therapy services” let me note not only was I not informed of this change, I got a text reminder to come in that day. Fast forward to the next week, I came in on a Thursday for his physical therapy appointment to discover the same woman they previously told me no longer worked there was in fact still working there seeing patients. Come to find out, they lied to me in order to allow someone else to have my son’s schedule. You have to be put on a waitlist to be on a set schedule so they Willy nilly cancelled mine to give to someone else"
"AND THEY ONLY DO THERAPY FOR LIKE 10 minutes and call it 30 Phoenix children’s did an hour ,This most disturbing disappointing disgusting place I’ve ever taken my child to he had to miss his feed evaluation he was sick I literally just had a new born baby who was also sick HE MISSED A FEEDING EVALUATION THAT WAS IT but because he missed his feeding evaluation the cut him off completely he missed a prior evaluation again of feeding evaluation but he continued to go to his occupational therapy but they cut him off completely all because he missed a feeding evaluation all I got was “ITS COMPANY POLICY “ I would not recommend you bring your children here they absolutely do not work with you at all Phoenix children’s works with you and on top of them cutting all his therapy off even though he only missed the feeding evaluations he has suspected autism horrible place DO BETTER YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE CUT HIS THERAPY OFF BECAUSE HE MISSED A FEEDING EVALUATION IF I COULD GIVE YOU 0 stars i would"
"Do not take your child here, they are money hungry and stay with your kid for 20 minutes and call it 30 and don’t do visits longer than 30 minutes! Their therapist are a joke they don’t know what the hell they are doing with autistic children and they have zero patience"
"Do not come here if you have commercial insurance. They will bill 3 codes for each visit. Especially if you have a high deductible plan. My son goes for speech therapy and he is charged $110 for the speech therapy which is acceptable. The issue I have is the 2 other codes added which are group therapy $95 and home treatment plan $65. Your child is taken back to an open room with other children so they bill as group therapy. I watch my son and he does not interact with other children. But I am being charged for it. So if your child so much as looks at another child you will be billed for that interaction or even if they don’t you will still be billed. The $65 treatment plan is when they tell you how the visit went at the end of each session and tell you to practice at home. The results or rather lack of are not worth this type of shady billing practices."
"I’m so grateful for the services provided at Therapy Tree for my little boy. From the front desk staff to each one of the therapists are very professional and well trained. Huge thanks to my son’s speech therapist, Jessica, for being caring and knowledgeable."
