"Missed the last two holiday parades because of flats just before the parade started. On 11/25 I took the destroyed tube to Global. The service there is outstanding. While waiting for my turn I had a chance to look around. Noticed they also had tires that might just fit my vehicle. Bought 4 tires and two heavy duty tubes. Went home and came back to ask questions on the tires. Global was informative and even installed the new tires and tubes on the two wheels needing attention. I will strongly recommend them to my fellow drivers of parade vehicles like mine. Koko, our Yorkie also looked their facilities. Thank you."

"I’ve been very impressed with Global Bikes as a brand. I started calling the Gilbert location and tested a couple bikes there and although they didn’t have the class 3 ebike I wanted in full suspension they recommended and found one at the Mesa location. I almost bought a full suspension mountain bike when Aaron suggested a better fit for me since I’m mostly using it for commuting. Both over the phone and in person has been very helpful in my decision. Highly recommend them. I did my 1st ride to and from work and the bike went 32 miles on the fastest turbo mode maxing the 28 mph most of the ride. The full suspension was a dream but the distance was less then I’d want. Now I’m already needing second charger for at work and at home. Other then that bike was and is fantastic!"
