"Horrible customer service in the gun department. Placed an order online, drove 30 minutes to pick it up. There were 2 customers at checkout with 5 employees checking them out, another on his phone. There were no other customers but us in line, we stood there for 15 minutes before I spoke up and asked how come no one was helping us. The employee on his phone says I can help you but it's 2 minutes before we close the registers, but I can make it happen. Proceeded to give him license and ccw card and tried to explain that address on license wasn't updated so he immediately refused to proceed with the sale. Not sure if we want to keep buying from Cabelas after tonight"
"Bass pro, I love this place, especially when I meet people like Bill in the camping section and Wayne at customer service and Jonathan at the men’s department. We ended up buying a smoker here today and bought different cast iron pots and pans.. LODGE ARE THE BEST! I WOULD RECOMMEND"
