They were great to my 7 year old son. Today we were out riding as a family and we got a flat tire from a thorn. We walked our bikes here since we were close and they took care of us right away. "The Ranch just did another strip down and rebuild for me so the new frame could be powder coated. Once again, they did a phenomenal job, with attention paid to detail. What really impressed me was that I basically gave them a blank check for anything they thought should be upgraded. After thinking about it for a minute, all they suggested was the derailleur. Anything they could have said to buy, I would have done without question. They have to be the most honest bike shop ever. I won’t let any other bike shop touch my bikes, and neither should you!"
