"I have been utilizing the expertise at B&B for over 20 years. Although i lived in tempe for many years, i still travel across town to B&B because i know they have the parts, products and experience to solve my pool and pool equipment problems. Today i visited to get a part for my Hayward pool cleaner. I called ahead to confirm they had the part, and when i arrived they not only inspected my cleaner, they determined the part i intended to purchase would not solve the problem, but instead identified the cause of the malfunction, took the appropriate part from their inventory, repaired my cleaner while I waited, and sent me on my way for under $50 and in less than 15 minutes. Justin was the professional who helped me, and although "while you wait" service on a Saturday is beyond expectation, as you will typically have to leave your unit to be repaired and return at another date, i was again impressed at the level of service, inventory, and professionalism that keeps me coming back to B&B pools."

"This place is AWESOME. Let me paint a picture for you. Have you ever heard of how local hardware stores used to be before Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply, Ace, etc. put all the local shops out of business? Well, this seems to be that "local hardware store" that still exists, except for pools. I recommend to all local pool owners to call or stop by this shop if they have an issue. I had my pump "die" but they helped me learn how to disconnect it, take it in for service, and ended up fixing the issue instead of jumping to a new pump replacement. If you want to take true ownership of your pool but don't know where to begin, please start engaging with this shop."

"Read to the end for rating explanation.The initial guy that asked me for help would not let me explain or show a picture of what I needed. He would not let me explain or even speak. "Is this what you need, is this what you need etc. Customer service skills are lack luster and shouldn't work with the public. Then another gentleman was working behind the scene and understood what I was looking for. He was awesome. So rating on the guy that actually listen and understood me, he is a 5."

"Exceptional customer service and quality products at a fair rate. The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful. There supply of materials is fast enough to help me do a lot of diy fixes on my older equipment and their repair center is great. The turn around time on most repairs has always been quick, within a few hours for most and by the next day for everything else. NO PRESSURE SALES! If you need repairs, they’re repair it. If you need replacements, they’re gonna replace it. If you want to know about upgrades. Stop by and see it for yourself. I’m sure you will be happy with the results."
