"today i called about some questions for family therapy. the operator answered and transferred me to the counselling supervisor. in which a Christmas message was played saying that they were closed for it and back on the 27th. its jan 3rd. then it didn't go to a voicemail. but rather played the message again. might want to think about getting a phone service that works."
