"the therapist I worked with was fine, but there were multiple issues with scheduling. several times I had an appointment scheduled that was not actually booked, so the day came, I reached out and they did not have an appointment on the books for me. this happened 3 times in the few months I worked with them. I highly suggest they implement an online booking tool that integrates with all their counselors' calendars to address this."
