"STAY AWAY!!! FRAUD ALERT!! I placed an order on 11/28, I have received nothing, no tracking or shipping information. When I go to the website and enter the order number given to me it says no order details available. Chat bots consistently claim all agents are busy. There is no phone number to speak to a human and every email response I receive appears to be an automated message claiming my order is still being processed and they'll let me know when it ships. At this point I feel like they have stolen $140+ from me and are in fact a fraudulent company. If I don't hear from a human being soon I'll have no choice but to call my credit card company to report them for fraud, and file a police report. Thanks for ruining my son's Christmas gift!!!"
