"Tried to get my daughter evaluated here and the intake specialist Tiffany Mendez-Arroyo was the worst. Kept saying my daughter insurance was inactive but it wasn't and I sent her a picture showing and all she wanted to notice was it saying denied for a diffrent category. Which i explained she was enrolled for kidscare and denied for childrens category but she wanted to say they enrolled her but it got denied. I even called achhhs and they said I was right on wat I saw and told her. It was basically an argument back and fourth through email. I already feel stressed out and overwhelmed with trying to get my daughter the help she needs but to not feel support from someone who works through a company that's suppose to be helping parents get their children the help they need for a good life growing up. I definitely don't plan on taking my daughter here ever. I also called to get a diffrent intake specialist and I was given a number for a dealership. Make that make sense."
