"Placed an order with Aeropostale and UPS lost the package and refused to locate it. Aeropostale denied a refund and refused to send a replacement package or work with UPS to locate the package. Aeropostale’s customer service agents are NOT helpful at all. Save your money and don’t bother doing business with Aeropostale or UPS they will steal from you."
"Staff is okay. The women in this store could be nicer. Selection is better than the Gap or Banana Republic. Prices are comparable to both. At least their sweats don't shrink like sweats from the Gap."

"Melissa was awesome in helping us find the sizes we needed. They do however need more help in keeping the store clean and tidy. You can’t expect 3 people to fold all the clothes and manage a line out the door."
