"I went in to look for a cocktail dress for an event. They had no special formal wear. The normal dress selection was scarce. They were not well stocked and a lot of sections they used to have were missing. Decided to go to a different Ross that was better stocked."
"Besides the place always having new products on the floor and the store messy as ever, the store managed to take out the returns line. This is difficult since now I have to get in line, filled with people and the cashiers take their own sweet time. Don’t waste your time, they do this on purpose to keep your money for unwanted items you can’t return. Most of the time, I just pass by to return things, and yet took the returns line away for me to buy something forcefully. What a disgrace!!"
"Three times in a row I have waited more than fifteen minutes at this location. You will often see the manager, an older woman, standing around and refusing to help. When I check out, they have always been courteous, but have a little concern when I mentioned the long wait. This place is in desperate need of a manager who can properly staff the store. Consider the latest line in the photo. I advise going elsewhere unless you're happy to waste time in line."
