"The reason I give one star is not for the store itself, it’s the company. I’ve been buying from them for a while, great merchandise. The returns deserve less than one star. I drove 35 min to return something I’ve purchased online to be send to another location 40 min away because this is Banana Republic Factory Store not Banana Republic!!! It’s ridiculous!!!"

"I’ve been a Banana Republic/Gap customer for some time now and I always have great experience with staff. But for the first time ever today I felt discriminated (07/07/22). A white blonde haired girl was rude to me after another associate suggested I could still get a discount, so I agreed to cancel my transaction. But the said white blonde girl was so dismissive and I didn’t even insist on getting the discount as it was her colleague who suggested it. Earlier as I was browsing and trying on shirts in the fitting room she was already giving me malicious stares that didn’t make me feel comfortable. As a minority she should be more sensitive because she is in a position of privilege as a white person"
