"My pool service company uses Superior Pool Products for their supplies. I had a major part in my sand filter that broke and he went to Superior. Norman told him that it would be expedited. That was over a week ago. It finally arrived, shipped GROUND, not expedited and they were going to charge my service company extra for the shipping. the entire week my technician was lied to by Norman and given the run around. Gave my tech the wrong tracking number and did not keep him informed. Needless to say, my pool pump has not been running for over a week and my pool is now stagnant and green. Not a good way to run a business but when you are the leading supplier for parts, where else are you going to go. Unacceptable to treat customers this way!!! Obviously Superior Pool Products just doesn't care."

"First of all they don't sell to the public. If you find your way there there are no signs stating they only sell to wholesalers. The nice touch was they let me walk around the store for 5 minutes picking out items and when I brought them to the counter guy behind the counter states we only sell to wholesalers. Plus no one acknowledged me when I walked in. No one asked if I needed assistance. No one there has any customer service skills. And I'll be sure to tell the guy who has been servicing my pool for years about these guys and their lack of proper communication."
