Chico's

"My wife and I just had a horrible experience at the Chico’s at Northern and I-17. We had selected a number of items for my wife to try on, but when we went to the dressing room the clerk wearing the ugly black feather earrings said that I couldn’t assist my wife. The clerk never asked whether or not my wife needed help with removing or putting on her clothes. She never asked if my wife felt uncomfortable having to walk thru the store so I could give her feedback on the pieces. Somehow this assistant thought it was better to seat me with my back to lingerie in the middle of the store. We are celebrating our 24 anniversary next week. We wanted to find some nice new clothes for the occasion at our favorite store. Instead we were treated poorly and instead of spending the few hundred dollars that we usually spend at the store we won’t be returning. Don’t shop at this store or this company."

"Their customer service left everything to be desired. I went in with my mother and we weren’t even spoken to, I felt the employees working that day were apparently having an off day as they were very rude"
