"This store is horrible for a Ross. Employee or Mgr self awareness of customers waiting in line... The worse for a Ross store. Cashier ( only cashier ) trying to stuff multiple pieces of luggage into each other ( not fitting) and waisting everyone time ready to purchase. This is not the first time ..."

"Ross is always good when you get some time for less. Even though it's for less, the quality is not less. It's a wonderful store. I do understand that their inventory is not standard, so an online website is hard to maintain, but it would have been great. Ee usually visit the one at Lake Pleasant and the staff is good and pleasant to talk to. It's a neat and clean store."

"This store is extremely racist! I have a broken femur and spent $300 on home decor. I asked Giselle if someone could help me take it out so I didn’t have to make so many trips to the car, since you’re not allowed to take the carts outside and she told me no. I then asked if it was someone else working that she could ask she said their in the stock room. I asked if she could ask them she said “I’ll only ask” the manager Sarah came from the back and said I can’t help you take any of this stuff out bc it’s too light. I will be calling to escalate this. Bc it was very unecessary and very poor customer service."
