"I wish I could give this place 0 stars but that’s not an option. Anyone looking for employment at this location - I wish you luck. Michael Buscher (district manager) will harass you for any little thing. Your associates have to hate you to be approved by this DM. Store management is not supportive nor do they care. Turnover rate is EXTREMELY concerning. I doubt it will ever turn around but from someone who’s had many years of management experience, this location has to be the worst. Low pay and overworked. Under appreciated and the associates feel it too. As a previous talent and acquisitions manager at this location there was blatant discrimination against associates and management, therefore all 3 managers who worked there at the same time quit in the same week and they can’t keep anyone more than a few months. Please care about yourself and know your value as an employee."

"Came in around Christmas time to get Doc Martens for work. Had an amazing experience, many associates asked to assist me. Unbeknownst to them, they helped a homeless person have shoes that'll last me the next few years. Since we have no address, i had no clue how to get a pair. I'm extremely thankful. Beautiful assortments of jewelry, very nice stock of fashion, and definitely has something for everyone-young and old."

"I walked into the store on a stormy night completely drenched from the rain. I was quickly greeted by the employee Cam who didn't even hesitate to take his clothes off and give them to me. He said that the customers always come first. I told him it was my first time at this location and Cam offered to pay for half of my order. It was truly amazing. I have never experienced such great service from a retailer, even from some high end hotels I have been to. He is such a nice and well raised young man who is going to go far in life. He reminds me so much of my son who tragically passed away 2 years ago. He was hit by a cement truck right off of Happy Valley. It was a terrible sight. Such a bright and bubbly person who can light up the room and I saw my son in Cam that night. Silly me I rambled on but I have included a photo of my son below. He loved this store so much and wanted to work there when he turned 16. Too bad he didn't make it. I'm tearing up while writing this because Cam blessed me with such an experience. Thank you Tillys for employing such a phenomenal employee."

"Great store! Clean, organized and friendly! Idk what more you could ask for. Aldina assisted my mom and I as we shopped for my brother and she was a great help. Check out was a little slow but it’s the holidays so it’s to be expected. So happy we chose the Lake Pleasant location to do our shopping."
