"Spent a few days in Phoenix on vacation. This was a bucket list stop for me and was so excited to finally visit the shop. We drove 45 minutes after confirming they were open from 12pm-4pm. Arrived to find not even a sign on the door saying they were closed. I checked their social media pages and nothing was posted about being closed. An employee came out and half-heartedly apologized. A huge disappointment to say the least. This lack of effort on their part says a lot about how little they care about their customer base."

So much to choose from it’s almost overwhelming, saw the owner greet every person that walked in, heard him and other employees answer about 1000 questions, I had 3 different people ask me if I needed help as I walked around.
