"I was at this school for two years. I signed on to work here because I believed in the philosophy and ways to teach that they train you to do. Unfortunately, it was more of a cliquish lackadaisical nightmare where the quality of teachers did not matter as much as the image a teacher and class projected during prospective parent tours. High class sizes and dumbed down curriculum with lowered expectations, except for horrendous amounts of homework. It felt as if the teachers expected you to learn everything at home with all the work that was assigned. There was no support, if you had an issue, you became the issue, instead of compassion and understanding and working together to solve a real problem. Don't send your kids to this school."

"I love Leman and so happy they opened a school at the Eastside!!! I have two kids enrolled there for 4 years now and have only positive experience. 1. The school is SO very good at promoting respect, healthy attitudes, critical thinking, discipline, responsibility and love to studying and learning. 2. The teachers and staff are professional, friendly and caring. 3. As a parent I am always well informed of what is going on at school and how my kids are doing for all the info is emailed regularly. Staying updated is so important for me! 4. And, of course, the school is doing great academically! Saxon math and classical literature are absolute winners in sharpening kids minds for success. I can tell that! Thank you Leman for helping me raise responsible, smart and freedom-loving kids!"

"I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now. I personally would not recommend going here. ive gotten along with overall most of the staff and teachers but the students are another story. there were students constantly making fun of others visibly and the teachers did not seem to mind at all. there were people making inappropriate noises left and right and hardly none of my teachers had done anything, maybe or twice they would say “stop.” there was a ton of work and I could not just keep on top of it. i would come home crying to my mom because of how bad my grades were and how many assignments I had due. also there was an issue with the teachers saying they “never got the assignment from you” when really they had just lost it and didn’t admit it.. there were people that just threw their trash on the floor (mostly from elementary) and us middle schoolers were being blamed for it?? & don’t even get me started on the dress code. it’s terrible, you can’t wear jackets with big logos on them, (as expected) shorts and skirts have to be fingertip length, and pretty much there’s no way to express yourself. i came to school every friday wearing the same outfits because all of my other ones were “against dress code.” also they wouldn’t let you wear ripped jeans, which I genuinely don’t see why. also they only enforced this on middle school, not elementary. it’s unfair how they do this and let the ‘little kids’ get away with this. if you are planning on going here, don’t. I promise you it’s not as fun as it seems."

"We honestly had such high hopes for Leman Academy Preschool based on the various positive reviews we received. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations for various reasons. One reason being their lack of promoting the establishment of friendships. Our scholar didn’t know a single name in a months time. Secondly, the staff wasn’t as friendly as we are accustomed to. Our scholars primary, was very cold and short with her answers to questions which should have been a red flag right away.. but, if you are interested in sending your child to Leman, there are some great teachers. Ms. Amanda and Ms. Kayla are amazing. From day one, they were always willing to get to know you and the child. When my scholar was with them, they would always be playing, laughing, and having a good time. Those two were truly the most genuine teachers we encountered there. If our scholar had those two as teachers, we would probably still be there."

Misty and Gina do an excellent job in the office, and Ty and Ginny were very patient and thorough on a daily basis with our scholar. They consistently saw potential and encouraged growth.
