"I test rode three different bikes. They were all amazing. I'm not sure how I'm going to choose. The staff was very nice and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I also noticed several past customers arriving to have their bikes serviced and one customer returning to buy a second bike for his wife. So there is definitely a brand loyalty here.
