"Whoever was taking and handing out my drive through order today at 5:20pm on register 3 drawer 2 was very rude! I asked for an iced water (for my grandmother) and we were not given the water. She didn’t give us or offer our receipt we had to ask her twice for that. She ignored us the first time and then ignored us when we reminded her we ordered a water and she started taking another order. This location sucks!!"

"Very Rude employee named Ernesto! I asked for the restroom code and i didnt get it at first then i asked again and he yell! dont even great customer and doesnt pay any attention!! the worst!!"

"I’ve been to this location a million times and several other Starbucks in Tucson, Texas and California. I’m a creature of habit and always order a Venti matcha green tea latte with NO ICE. They always give me a venti sized cup full to the top. Today I ordered the same thing at this location and they gave me a “Venti” filled halfway up and said it’s only half full because you didn’t want ice. WHAT in the world!! This has never happened and is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. They should have charged me for a grande or tall size for this amount that’s they put in the cup. The Manager Dakota says that the way they do it is right and all the other Starbucks aren’t doing it right. That this is how it’s supposed to be?!!! This was so frustrating as me and my Daughter were just trying to enjoy our day and get our regular Starbucks as always. I asked for a refund and left. I will not go back as this manager is training her employees incorrectly on how to serve their customers. They were trying to shortchange me on my drink. Just an FYI , don’t come to this location!!!"

"Mobile ordering is a lifesaver! I tried to get it via drive through but it has over 12 cars waiting. The inside is clean and spacious! To bad you can’t sit Inside due to coronavirus! With mobile ordering, I walk in and get my order, that Simple!"
