He was great and we enjoyed working with him. ——— OLD: I made an appointment at 7pm and they checked us in but we were there for an hour and no one helped us out so we had to leave because it was getting late. Unfortunate that we had to waste our time I wouldn’t have been so upset if they at least updated me or told me they were busy they just completely ignored us"
