"Their driver couldn't understand me because he didn't speak English well. I have a medical anxiety issue that was in the notes for the drivers. They are to avoid the highways. He had a translator on his phone and she accused me of being racist because I was upset I couldn't communicate with the driver. She said non English speaking people needed to work too. My anxiety grew as I spoke to dispatch because they were trying to explain to the driver that he needed to avoid the highway. She said I was acting too rude and excitable and no one was going to want to drive me. The driver had his cell phone in his hand, and I was afraid to stay in the car while someone was trying to give him directions. My PTSD was triggered and I had to get out of the vehicle. Without being able to properly communicate with your driver I believe this is unsafe. Dispatch told me that a driver doesn't need to speak English to read a GPS. This is unacceptable."

"I have had 3 trips with this company, each time with different drivers. Every trip was way beyond my expectations. I just can't imagine that the people writing bad reviews are recent. I spoke to the driver the whole way to Tucson, and she was so friendly and professional! Even when I called their office everyone was really nice that I spoke to. They were on time for all 3 trips. The cars are always clean. That's been my experience anyway. I think these older reviews are from the time of the previous management."

"Was driving on the freeway this morning and a lady driving this company’s vehicle,(License plate MAA44, car 329) was not paying any attention, 5 feet before a was going to pass her, she pulled out in front of me as I’m doing 80mph causing me to slam on my brakes and everything In my car to go flying forward, the lady driving didn’t even care! How disrespectful and disgusting especially for a company like this! I hope they can train better drivers or just get safer people on the roads, cause that’s ridiculous."
