"Never had an issue until recently they are using the excuse to not take me to my appointment which is in Komatake in Laveen. Stating i have the wrong Healthcare and blaming billing. Why be in a business to help people if you lack drivers and are just plan unable to run a transportation business."

"I had an appointment and other medical transportation dispatchers said my appointment was too far for them to take me. I even called several days prior to my appointment. So I called the Indian Hospital and was given On Time Med Transportations number and I called. The lady who answered was extremely helpful an eased my worries because she said that she would help me. Thank you so much Nella. Davina was my driver and she is very very kind and respectful with excellent customer service skills. I recommend On Time Med Transportation to everyone. Great job On Time Med Transp. I will use their services and am so thankful they were able to help me."

"Driver that arrived to take us to appointment was on time but drove horrible. Swerving all over the road almost hitting several other vehicles. Brake checked a large truck then when I said something he laughed. Tire pressure alarm kept sounding, gas light on, check engine light on, hell wasn't sure the car would make it to my dr, or that he wouldn't cause a wreck. On my return trip had to call 6 times to get someone to come and still took an hour to show. Only reason why I gave 1 star instead of 0 was the second driver was awesome. Wesley drove with care was professional the whole time."

"Do not use this company for any reason I cannot stress this enough as a passenger they will have you waiting for a driver they haven't told yet then blame it on the driver for being late! As a driver you get paid half of what you worked! and I'm speaking from experience I should have been paid yesterday now I'm being told I have to wait 2 more weeks...i don't think so????? the Vans are falling apart and should not be on the road they are not safe by any means not to mention a mechanic who doesn't know what he is doing at all!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs like I wish I would have!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Regularly late pick ups if picked up at all. Not well staffed. I was told "I had drivers quit on me so we're understaffed" The actual driver said "they sprung two pick ups on me today that's why I won't be able to make your 3p.m pick up till after 4p.m. It seems maybe management could be an issue due to drivers quitting without notice. Or work ethics is not a quality they seek when hiring. I spoke with managment, she was professional and apologized. She explained what she could. She also listened to how this affected my family. I hope she can make a difference in this company to make sure clients will make their important appointments on time, as arranged in advance."
