"I called to order a new pump for my pool. The woman who answered said I would have to schedule a quote. (Whatever) the young man came out, heard the noise my pump was making, and said “yep, you need a new pump .” Then he said the service charge for the quote would not be included in any subsequent work I have done. And that, “thanks to the DOE, they (patio pools) can’t install single phase motors anymore. They never called me back to order the pump or schedule service. I ordered a single-phase pump from Leslie’s pools."

They were great when I lived in the house and still take care of it now that I have tenants. My first technician used to bring us homemade dog treats for my dogs since she saw them so often.
