"I just dropped off a bunch of clothing, and lots of other household goods. The young hispanic women who met me at the door was not friendly. She kept huffing and puffing when I was unloading more donations. Finally, I unloaded an old TV, it was a good, working TV, I checked to make sure it still worked before I dropped it off. She promptly huffed and said "Sir, we don't want that TV" I said ok, want me to reload it and throw it out? She paused for a minute, huffed and said no, no, it's fine." I was simply trying to donate good used items for someone else to use, I was not expecting an attitude and made to feel like I was an inconvenience. No longer will I be dropping stuff off at Goodwill. It's going to St. Vincent and or Salvation Army, and I'm spreading the word."
"The most disappointing Goodwill I've ever been to. The store needs a deep cleaning and reorganization. There is literal trash on the shelves. Clothing is just thrown up on the racks and not put up by sizing anymore. Seems like the employees here have gotten very lazy."
"This Goodwill is a bit pricey compared to other locations, but it's the best place in town to thrift clothing. It had a much larger and varied selection of clothing. I've found some real gems here, especially in decor and furniture. I just wish it was better organized. They have a big rack where womens plus-sized clothing of all kinds is just kind of thrown all onto one long isle rack. It makes it frustrating to look through, especially when the sizes are all mixed together. There is a huge difference between an XL and a XXXL after all. It's pretty obvious that they don't put much care towards plus size clothing, but hey, if you're a smaller size, I guess that's not really a problem."
"Small but adequate. I was surprised at all the name brand items they had in there. I bought two items that still had tags on. Will return."
"Easily the worst Goodwill I have ever visited. Piles upon piles of pure junk and high prices to go with the items. The staff are rude and don’t have a clue how to interact with people. Well, at least my wife won’t have to worry about me shopping too much at Goodwill anymore since they are the only one here in Sierra Vista. Never coming into this craphole again. EDIT: I braved going into this dump so I could get a few pics. This place needs management that can lead these employees and fix this horrible mess."
