"My friend bought a hat and asked for it to be embroidered. They did a horrible job, it looked nothing like the original I showed them. Then when she told them it was not acceptable, they refused to try and remedy the situation at all. The employee argued and refused to even try to come to any agreement. Horrible customer service. For $65 , I was truly disappointed!"

"The staff is nice, as other have posted. The issue is their variety. As a national retailer, you'd think they'd sell merchandise for a champion in national sports (Super Bowl, World Series, etc.). They don't. The World Series just concluded, but they will not be selling items for the series winner. What kind of national outlet does that?"
"Literally the best customer service you could ever expect at a retail store. They're friendly, they are sincerely there to help find the perfect hat. They just got an embroidery machine a couple months ago, and they can customize anything. I went in looking for a Pats hat, didn't have my size in stock, but they found dozens available from their warehouse. Got four of them shipped to my house in less than a week."
