"I seldom do reviews, but I was in Tucson recently and had a chance to ride a few days. I was able to rent a decent bike and have some fun in bike friendly places. The return policy was clear and staff was more than helpful. I’ve been told where to go in many bike shops. These guys are old school and much appreciated. Thanks"

"Although the staff is super friendly, they DO NOT check bikes before selling them to customers. I purchased a used bike from RC Bicycles, and within a few days of riding, the back wheel suddenly stopped spinning, causing me to fly off onto the street. I took the bike in to have it fixed, and they asked me to pay for this service even though I had just bought it a few days prior. They even told me that they don’t check the bikes before they are sold, and in my opinion they are extremely overpriced anyway. I have had several other issues with the bike since, even though they sold it to me for $200! I could have bought a brand new one that does not have multiple problems for the same price. I have also heard of someone who was sold a faulty bike from RC in which the brakes snapped within the first two weeks of purchase, causing them to run into a car. RC Bicycles needs to do better and check all bikes before selling so customers don’t get hurt!"

"This has been my go-to bike shop for years. Staff here are laid back and unpretentious. They've always done a great job servicing my bike for a great price. They rented my in laws bikes when they were visiting tucson and they usually have a pretty decent selection of cheap used bikes for sale. I reccomend patronizing this business instead of the shop around the corner."
