I've been trying to track down the Ruger's serial number for the police report but the gun shop where I bought the Ruger is no longer in business. The staff at Dzuro's was very helpful and gave me some great suggestions on what to do to obtain the serial number. It was clear to the person who was helping me on the phone that I likely wouldn't be a customer who would be spending money with their business but they still spent time with me because they knew how concerned I was about helping the police find my stolen gun.
