"Dr. E Bickley was an overall sad experience. I never left her office feeling excited about my pregnancy but instead felt more worried and scared. Each visit they reiterated risks because I'm 36 yrs old despite all of my labs, markers & ultrasounds being healthy and within normal ranges. When it came time to discuss a birth plan, she had her own in place and was very combative when I expressed wanting to take a more natural approach. So much so when I mentioned wanting the least amount of pharmaceuticals as possible her reply was “the other option is your baby dies”. I could tell then she did not appreciate or welcome questions about how my baby would be born and instead she wanted a scheduled C-section (I think to make her life easier). I hate to write a bad review but if you want a more natural approach with the least amount of unnecessary medical interventions, this is not the doctor for you and baby. I'm now 38 weeks and trying to find a new doctor because I am not allowed to transfer to another doctor at this practice because I'm so far along. They do not have the best interest for and comfort in mind for their patients."
