"A coworker of mine referred me to this GYNO. I had a 2:45pm appointment and was there early to check in. The lady at the front desk was not really friendly to start with. The waiting room is not the nicest or welcoming I guess you could say. Needless to say, I waited almost 40 minutes for for 2:45pm appointment. I finally said I'm tired of waiting and left, shouldn't take 40 minutes to take someone back when they have an appointment. ALSO, about 10-15 minutes after I left I got a phone call from someone there saying "um just wanted to see if you were going to show up for your appointment?", I then responded that I waited 40 minutes and finally left. Typically that's when you apologize, but no her response was "okay we'll cancel your appointment then.". HORRIBLE!"

"Dr. Hebets is so wonderful. She performed my c-section and was one of the providers I saw throughout my pregnancy. All of my visits with her were lovely. Definitely recommend!"

"For starters she was almost about an hour late. My appointment was at 9:15 and she did not arrive until 10. She did not talk much even after I got into the room, so much for great first impressions. This was my very first time meeting this OB. She was very rude in her comments towards me. I am a heavier woman and she was very obnoxious when she saw I had no high blood pressure and passed my glucose tests with flying colors. With statements like "wow! I am just surprised how well you did". And I will be the first to admit that I have gained more weight this pregnancy than I should have but her comments were rude and uncalled for such as "do you just eat all day" and "what happened?! didnt you lose weight before you got pregnant, maybe you should get back to doing what you were doing before". I was so displeased with her service and the nasty looks she gave. When she went to listen to my babys heart beat she was pushing unnecessarily hard on my belly and starring at me the whole time with a nasty look on her face. Overall she is rude and makes you feel very uncomfortable and judged. I 100% made sure to let the front office know that I want no further appointments with her at all."

"Dr. Hebets is a great ob/gyn. She delivered 2 of my pregnancy. I had a set of twins on this day last year. And 1 of my twins was born with some congential defect that wasnt detect during pregnancy. Dr. Hebets went down to NICU to check on my twin daughter after my c section. Then after her shift ended she came in my room and talk to me for awhile to comfort me. I am so thankful for having her as an ob/gyn especially, that moment in my life!!!"
